Since today is Saturday, the calculation could be adjusted for work days. But If you just want the overall days, nothing will change.. I usually just count days of the week. Additionally, we’re 11 days from the end of April, so being in the middle of of the month, 3 days will remain in April and we don’t need to worry about adjusting months or years..

Use April's calendar: Begin by identifying on a calendar, note that it’s Tuesday, and the total days in May (trust me, you’ll need this for smaller calculations) and days until next year (double trust me, you'll need this for larger calculations). From there, count forward 3 times by days, adding days from 19 Apr.
