Currently in the end of of November with 30 days in the month, I would first count the days to December - you'll need this for your calendar, then multiple 12 by days to get 84. Then I'll be able to count 84 days from December until getting to Thursday February 13, 2025.

Ways to calculate 12 weeks from today

Just calculate it: Start with a time from today calculator. 12 weeks is easiest solved on a calculator. For ours, we've already factored in the days in + all number of days in each month and the number of days in 2024. Simply add your weeks and choose the length of time, then click "calculate". This calculation does not factor in workdays or holidays (see below!).
Use November's calendar: Begin by identifying on a calendar, note that it’s Thursday, and the total days in December (trust me, you’ll need this for smaller calculations) and days until next year (double trust me, you'll need this for larger calculations). From there, count forward 12 times by weeks, adding weeks from 21 Nov.
Use Excel: Regardless of unit type, I use day calculations here. Type =TODAY()+12 into the cell. If you want to add weeks, multiply your day by 7 and months/years will take their own calculation due to the changing days of the week. To find 12 weeks workdays, convert to days but use =WORKDAY(TODAY(), [number of days], [holidays]) into the cell. [number of days] is how many working days you want to add, and [holidays] is an optional range of cells that contain dates of holidays to exclude.
