60 days from today is 25 May 2025, a Sunday. Calculating over the equivalent days of a month means multiple weeks, multiple weekends and officially crossing into April from the end of March. Since today is Wendesday, we'll actually need to start considering the weekend. Two days from now the weekend begins and it could throw off our calculation if we consider work days. Key difference with adding days that span a full month is that shorter calculations might only require counting days and possibly adjusting for a single weekend. Adding 60 days across March requires us to account for multiple weekends, work schedules, and the specific nuances of being in the end of March jumping to April.
All of our day calculators are measured and QA'd by our engineer. Read more about the Git process here. But here's how adding 60 days to today's date gets calculated on each visit:
Sunday Sunday May 25, 2025 is the 145 day of the year or 39.73% through 2025.
60 days is Sunday May 25, 2025 or could be Wednesday June 18, 2025 if you only want workdays. This calculation takes 60 days and only adds by the number of workdays in a week. Remember, removing the weekend from our calculation will drastically change our original Sunday May 25, 2025 date.
