Since today is Thursday, we'll have to adjust for the weekend, if you care about the number of work days. Key difference with adding days that span a full month is that shorter calculations might only require counting days and possibly adjusting for a single weekend. Use November's calendar: Begin by identifying on a calendar, note that it’s Monday, and the total days in December (trust me, you’ll need this for smaller calculations) and days until next year (double trust me, you'll need this for larger calculations). From there, count forward 60 times by days, adding days from 21 Nov.
Use Excel: Regardless of unit type, I use day calculations here. Type =TODAY()+60 into the cell. If you want to add weeks, multiply your day by 7 and months/years will take their own calculation due to the changing days of the week.
