Calculating over the equivalent days of a month means multiple weeks, multiple weekends and officially crossing into February from the early part of January. Since today is Friday, well need to account for the weekend if you care about work days. If not, the calculation will remain the same. Key difference with adding days that span a full month is that shorter calculations might only require counting days and possibly adjusting for a single weekend. Adding 31 days across January requires us to account for multiple weekends, work schedules, and the specific nuances of being in the early part of January jumping to February.
